I've been thinking about the vote for NX system. I was thinking that possibly changing the time between votes and very slightly increasing the reward. My suggestion would be to change it so that you can vote every 23 hours - allowing you to vote at the same time every day. I also suggest a raise in the NX reward to 7.5k NX per 23 hours. My thoughts about the raise are due to there now being hundreds more scrolls and items in gachapon and would like to see the free market to get saturated with these new scrolls. I voted other but don't take that as me thinking it's a bad idea. I'd still be happy if it were to be implemented because more NX means more development and I'm definitely all for that. Though I'd also like to see MapleRoyals rise through the ranks of the gtop 100 and this way means we are probably going to be receiving less votes, that's my only worry.
Yeah, only one vote per machine per 24 hours counts at gtop100 though. So hopefully it shouldn't affect the amount of votes. I'm sure poeple won't forget if its 7.5k NX every day.
If you do implement this, Is there anyway you would be able to reset our vote times afterwards? Because as it is right now I have no idea what time I last voted and so I always just vote once a day and hope it works. If all of our times got reset then we could take note of what time we voted after the new system is in place and it would make remembering when we can vote again easier. Just a thought but maybe I'm the only one with this problem?.
Um there is actually a little timer, i guess you can call it that, for when you try to vote again. I did it yday and it told me to come back in 55mins D:<
When you click vote and write in your acc name ect, comes up with how long left till you can vote again. Mine says this atm because i voted a couple of hours ago. ''You have already voted. Please wait 339 minutes to vote.''
Yep all I would need to do is delete all rows in this table which would allow new nx votes. Your timer lmfao...
When I voted before it had a timer that would tell me when i voted but it doesn't say it anymore for me. When i vote now, all it does is take me to the captcha part then to the top 100 list and if i try and vote again it lets me (without giving me more nx) when before it would stop me and say i already voted before. Because it does this now I never know when I previously voted so i end up trying to vote twice in the same 24 hours which might mess up the system? idk..
See that's what i mean, I dont get that message that says I already voted and i should wait XX minutes. I can literally just keep entering my username every 5 mins and it says please click here to vote every time and then takes me to the captcha. If I try vote more than once a day It won't actually count as more than once, It gives me the nx for the first vote and no more . The fact that I don't get that timer seems like a bug but I'm not sure if its high on the priority list.
As long as you are definitely not getting extra NX for doing it then it seems fine. Must be due to different types of web browsers or something.
Yeah if it was abusable like that I would definitely let you know. I would rather not possibly get banned from a server that I'm quite enjoying for something so trivial as a bit more nx.
