Closed ID has been deleted or blocked from connection

    All your character names (IGNs): Gchainz, ChainzNL, Bchainz, ShinXZ
    Last thing u did : last night, Gchainz was doing nothing after I enter as HS mule in Shao. ChainzNL join zakum run and crashed on the 2nd run, Bchainz was doing nothing after SE for Shao, ShinXZ went Fm and buy some Hp scrolls and log off in yesterday afternoon.
    Why do u think you got banned : Im not sure, was doing daily boss before sleep, and sell some leech sometimes
    Ban message when attempting to log in: ID has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    Ok, So I understands why i got ban now because i didnt read your rules before playing, I dont want these account back anymore, my question is, if i start a new account, but still under my current IP address, will i still get ban from IP? Or I just cant come back to Royal anymore?

    Also, please provide me a link to Chinese version of how to apply to whitelist, and how do whitelist work because me and my friends we don't understand well from the english link that u have on forum now, keep doing what we're been doing apparently we will all get ban soon, please help, thanks.

    Hello,

    You as a person are banned from playing on the server regardless of which IP you play from. Please refrain from attempting to connect to the server again as that would be ban evading.

    Wow, just because i didnt read ur rules before playing, and i already accept 4 of that ID i spend few months grinding got permanent ban, and still get this? good job kicking off the active players, your rules is not perfect, and you guys dont get to destroy people hard work just like that. You guys support multi client because theres no enough active players yet you kicking them away just like that. Let me tell you this, i wont be the first one and wont be the last one to get ban like this, you will keep losing ur active players because of ur imperfect rules. I have done what I want to say, is either u guys dont care about active players, or you guys really bad at this.

    I don’t see how us banning someone who benefitted from major vote abuse is us not caring about our player base. When you created your account you had to agree to the terms and conditions which included our voting ruled. Additionally when you vote, the rules are literally in the center of the screen. Best of luck with your future endeavors.
