If you are not using a VPN, please take a look at the following link: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-properly-restart-a-router-modem-2624570 and attempt a full power cycle of your router. Hello, I did the things you suggested and it's not seeming to help me. It keeps giving me that same message right when I launch into my character.. am i banned on my other character from 10 years ago?

The account that you PM’d me is not banned either. Do you still receive the same message if you connect from another internet source (phone hotspot, etc.)?
