I would like to know what are the options for unbanning my account? or getting my items/mesos back for a fresh start? Thank you.
Hello there, I appreciate the remorse you have shared here, unfortunately however, once you have been permanently banned on this server, you are banned as a person and no longer allowed to play on any accounts/characters. If you attempt to play on a new account, you will end up getting banned again for ban evading. I apologize for being the messenger of bad news, but I do wish you well on future endeavors!
wow.. banned me as a person is a really harsh saying.. I was just playing with my young brother. as i said i do respect your rules, but i advise you to reconsider permanent banning people for "account sharing". Good luck.
