    If not you may need to try connecting from another network for example: a private vpn, cell phone connection, etc.

    using my cell phone connection works but when i try to login from ethernet it still blocked.

    That means that you are assigned an IP from your ISP that has been banned. We can’t really do anything else from our side as it’s not on our side. My only advice is to try the instructions that I linked above again.

    i used VPN to overcome the IP ban but now i think the ID itself is banned.
