It should have said you should get twice the amount of exp, corrected my comment. And yeah no problem, easy mistake to make.
Didn't even notice this drivel until now. If that constitutes harassment on my part, then you mocking ban appeals in the shoutbox on a near daily basis should definitely be worthy of some forum bans. Don't throw stones from your glass house.
1.IGN: PairOfShiu 2.REASON: being toxic and kill stealing 3.DETAILS: i was solo training at bubblings for the ingredients for Thanksgiving and this guy came to my map and stealing mobs from me. so i told him to cc and he didn't leave and he even brought his friends to join him kill stealing
Mapowner abuse isn't really a blacklist issue, I don't think. Report them to the moderators in "report abuse" and they might get temp banned if the admins accept the evidence.
Would recommend submitting a Report Abuse as well as they KS you intentionally with the reason of "It's channel 1" It's completely fine to submit KS-related issues to the Community Blacklist, first page have the section of [KILL/LOOT STEALING]
Not sure if this quite meets the threshold for the blacklist, but I will put it here anyway in the hopes that it just generally discourages this type of obnoxious and unwanted behavior. IGN: LceFang Reason: Offering 50m on a white scroll I got from the gachapon. I asked if he was new here (not shown in ss) but got no response to that. So honestly, I think the hope was that I wouldn't know the market price and would just say yes to it. I know that some people will say who cares, but is this really the type of behavior we want to condone on royals? [Yes, I failed the scroll - should have sold it for 50 mil ;-) ]
Added to the list. As a general tip, always ask them to change channel and not "cc". I don't know if it's still important but I know in the past, just saying cc was not enough for a report. You wrote change channel in the last screenshot so it still applies, just remember to always say that if you're going to make a report. In the second screenshot someone even asked what "cc" means, which could have been a defense had you not said change channel later on. Added to the list. It could be a scam, but it's difficult to prove with just that screenshot unfortunately. They could claim it was a mistake or they are new or don't know the WS market price or what ever and it would be your words against theirs. It needs to be clear they are aware of market prices and are severely lowballing in hopes of tricking new players into selling high value items for a low price.
yes i offered you 50m, so what? Is that the reason for blacklist? LMAO just for the record= i just joined Royals and i still don't see that it's a scam if someone offers you 50m for something that might be more. Just like in the real life.. you can sell a TV for 300 bucks that might be worth 1000 bucks.
^ @Shiratsuyu I think that's clear admission of it not being a mistake or lack of knowledge. Edit: saved quote
I tried to offer 70m and 120m today for another player too, who said i am a scammer. How am i supposed to know the prices after barely even playing royals as a new player?
Have you considered asking? I knew the prices of white scrolls 2 days into Royals, because people wouldn't shut up about it. Not to mention there's a super megaphone buying or selling one on the hour every hour. There's costs and benefits involved with attempting to scam people in such a small community. The benefit is obviously the opportunity of mesos, but the downsides are community pushback as you can see here. You can choose the kind of player you want to be moving forward, but the record of your past will remain I guess.
not a scammer but you're basically the same as this guy https://royals.ms/forum/threads/perfect-clean-kanzir-scam.205365/
But it's not technically a scam if you offer someone 50m for something. Scamming is when you spread lies about the actual cost of the item or what ever and manipulate and lie the other player. Or when you don't give them something they paid for. A scam is a dishonest scheme..a fraud. Example: A bishop sold you leech, you pay him/her 100m, and that bishop logs out and you wont hear about him anymore. That is a true and classic maple scam. Example 2: You tell the other person that WS price is 50m and everyone is selling / buying them for 50m, then the other player believes in you and decides to sell it to you, then finds out it wasn't 50m. That is a scam. Example 3: You tell the other person to give you his/hers items, so you can duplicate them, but you eventually run off. That is a scam. Example 3: You whisper someone and pretend to be a GM, in order to get something out of you. That is a scam and also inpersonalization. Just because someone offered a " certain amount " is not a scam yet. No i am not you so comparing you to me is not really the case. I barely see players even sell APR or white scrolls in FM, feels like a dead game compared to 2014 last time i played royals lol. I am sorry to anyone who got offended, but ya all need to relax.. this is a mushroom game. You never lost your WS to me when i offered you 50m so why are you trying to demote and make my reputation worser over nothing? Also it's called merching not scamming in this case.
I find that funny lol. But it's not a scam as you said. Players have been merching stuff that can be 10x the amount since 2003 lol. I remember ilbis being 10m back in the days before BB patch ( sometimes 20m ), i saw players sell them 30-50m at times. Sometimes as a joke, sometimes a rich af player buys anything they find if they are in a hurry. Merching usually works that way. You buy low, you sell higher. No scam in that. If your moral or values are hurt, it's not my problem. These players have probably never been to flea markets irl lol
1.IGN: Janiv 2.REASON: being toxic and kill stealing. 3.DETAILS: I was doing a quest to kill Mano and get his rainbow shell. It took me 3 kills before i get that shell. Of course i found the last Mano in channel 20, until a player called " Janiv " came and killed it. I was the map owner, and i was hunting snails in the middle. I told him to CC when Mano appeared, and i told him i need it for my quest. He went full toxic. Also Janiv killed all the other Mano's in other channels, leaving me no justice, even as a map owner. I saw him first at channel 10-11 at first but i had to speed run myself to channel 15-16 but he eventually caught me at channel 20. He told me i am stealing him but i have no speed compared to a high level THIEF LMAO + i'm a low level archer xD
These 2 statements really conflicts with each other And you don't seems sorry about the lowball offer Not sure what are you trying to achieve with the constant justification of the lowball offer, are you trying to encourage the community to engage in lowball offers? Based on your reply of "Also it's called merching not scamming in this case.", do you mean all merchants will do this? (Referring to offer 50m for items that can value 400~500m) Edit: the following exchange took place after this comment was made
