Hello. I don’t show that you are banned unless you had other accounts. Have you tried connecting from another internet connection? It may be the IP you are connecting from.
You're right, I was able to log in but had to use a VPN. Seems like I can't login using my apartment complex wifi for some reason. Guess someone potentially got banned there... Thanks for your help!
No problem! Depending on your setup you may be able to restart your modem to get a different IP, but if it’s shared wi-fi you’ll need to use a VPN.
