Hello. You do not appear to be banned unless you have other character names you aren’t listing. Try restarting your modem as you may have been assigned a banned IP from your ISP.
Hello again! thanks for quick responding! I do not have any other player, just the one listed above. I tried to restart the modem- just turned it off and on and it didn't work, right after I tried to open personal wifi spot with the phone and I was able to log in, wohoo! I'm the only one playing in my house unless my parents are secretly mapling(lol funny just to think about) so it don't think someone got banned using my internet... Is there any spesific way to reset? any other thing to do? I'm not so good with all the vpn things so if there is any other solution\simple way to do it it would help a lot. Thanks again! BTW - I am connected straight to the modem with cable if it changes something..(tired to log in with and without cabel, both didn't work - only with the phone wifi)
