    Last thing you did: Botting to collect snow because i was frustrated after dcing 8 times for the snowman boss event (dced right at 2% health) T_T. Learned my lesson as this was impulsive and stupid of me. Won't do it again

    oh I thought macro botting was only a 7 day ban so worst case scenario i thought it would be fine haha.. May I ask why this was a perma-ban?
