Hello. Unless you have other accounts, I do not show that you’re banned. Please try restarting your router/modem to get a new IP from your ISP. Make sure to leave them unplugged for at least 2 minutes. Additionally, try connecting from another network connection (like your phone’s hotspot) if you can to test.
So I have tried to restart my router/modem for over 2 minutes but no luck. I am using a PC so it doesn't connect to hotspot. Not sure what to do now..
