I actually have nothing beside me when I play. I mean, my phone is in the vicinity, but I don't really use it. For water, food and bathroom I just take a break. I don't do drugs, smoking, caffeine, snacks, soda, alchohol or any of that stuff Edit: Pen and paper is occasionaly useful for writing down data from Owling.
My desk is a mess so I have a ton of stuff and my keyboard squished into the mess of -various pens -my drawing tablet -school stuff like notebooks and materials -my controller for other games -headphones and w/e is on my desk at the time like ya... it's a lot also my dog stays besides me bc she hates when I waste time on games bc I should be paying attention to her instead (and tbh she's right )
