    I would say, no it's not blacklist-worthy. Misinformation for the sake of being an asshole is different than misinformation for the sake of fun trolling. Getting cucumbers for christmas event that isn't even out yet makes no sense and should be an obvious troll, so your intent to just mess around is quite clear, at least to me :boba:

    12/21/2022 tried to sell 17 WA SCG, he/she dms me asking for price and then proceeds to say waiting for someone to log in at will buy for 3.6
    12/24/2022 still trying to sell 17 WA SCG, he/she dms me asking to trade for it. Was using the above instance to try to get me to lower a price of an item.

    Just scummy behaviour to pretend you have a seller.

    can confirm this guy is an asshole. Was at henesys hunting ground and asked him to cc (my mapowner). He called me an idiot and a wannabe shadower (idk what that’s supposed to mean), defamed me, and then finally left

    Well, he told you he got another seller after getting a no for his offer and did not engage further, until a few days later. Could be he had another seller that didn't sell to him after all. It could be scummy behaviour but it's hard to know for sure.

    - I know it's not a huge deal, but stuff like this just irks me lol. Wanted to trade fame in the FM, got defamed for no apparent reason. Included screenshots of interaction leading up to what happened and him trying to evade me as I attempted to track him down. Perhaps not necessarily worthy of a blacklist, but someone to look out for in case anyone runs into him. Happy new year everyone! 0:):love:

    I would just like to add my input to this report.
    I got defamed today too randomly, and many times before. Even had 3 people defame me once lol. But that's totally their choice, they can defame if they want, it's an option. But in the end I have lots of net fame profit from people randoming faming.

    I think anyone should be able to defame anyone for any reason, even if it's a discriminatory reason, fame is free speech. Defaming for no reason should also be perfectly okay. I should be able to walk around and defame people i don't like and not be blacklisted for it. If the person has a problem with it they can talk to me or they can get their guild to talk to me, or even make a forum post. There are a lot of others like me that casually defame a player just because they said "broccoli is healthy for you"

    TLDR: IMO it should be totally okay to defame for no reason

    Also, maybe they don't like Jesus? or think you're being blasphemous? 0:)

    i'm pretty sure people will see this post and track you down and fame you anyways now :love:

    I fully agree with your point, until it reaches mass defame
    Ie what stops me from bringing all 750 of my chars just to defame someone whose afk in fm for example
    If its 1 defame then yeah by all means

    2. REASON: kill leecher
    3. DETAILS:
    This guy came to skele map, stay at portal, I just ignore him at first.
    After 10~20mins, I went back town to NPC equips, he jumped into mobs suddenly, attacking them, then climb on the rope where leechers on.
    So, leechers (my mules) and him attacked by mobs, both droped down as below (I pressed screenshot key as fast as I can):

    He jumped down quickly to avoid being caught, pro.

    Yes, that's what he did.


    For PaddyDaBaddy, he came back after ~20mins.

    Same hair, face, glasses, accessory... ok, same person.

    Spawn F2 and jumping around me, then hang on rope just like this:
    But... no 2nd run, he disappeared after 2~3mins, so I can't take video for evidence, sad.





    This is another one:

    2. REASON: sack and break mobs respawn
    3. DETAILS:
    This guy came to skele map, climbed up, like before, I just ignore him at first (this screenshot took from 2nd time).

    Then... all mobs disappeared, no respawn, I thought is this bug or something?

    I checked next map, it all fine. I was so confused, finally I climbed up, and saw this:

    Well, I killed them, then all mobs came back (skeles respawn again).

    When that guy came here 2nd time (after ~10mins), I took screenshot and following him, he just hang on the topmost rope and didn't move.
    I gave up, jumped down to leeching, but it happened again right away, all mobs disappeared...

    I'm sure it's him, but I don't have evidence.
    Finally I put a mule on the top platform, tried to take screenshot, but failed, he didn't come back 3rd time.

    It's ok not add him to blacklist, just want to tell everyone be careful. Maybe the next person could get the evidence, just like I did.

    So it seems that the evidence is conclusive that WO3033H20 = H2W04. Although is the evidence really conclusive that PaddyDaBaddy is also the same person? It seems that the only evidence is that the characters appear the same?

    Although it is compelling (and similar reasoning has been used in the past regarding teddy bear suits), I don't know that I like this being used as evidence, as it's not certain, and could be setting a dangerous precedent. Impersonation is a thing, and we don't want a situation where it is possible to get somebody unfairly blacklisted via 'NX impersonation'.

    I wish the staff could just do 'identity' checks for the community black list, even if they mostly stay out of it.

    Don't think Staff would do this, as they do not wish to cause any misunderstandings that the Community Blacklist is something moderated by the Staff

    Yeah that's what I thought. Is annoying in cases like this.

    I have an idea. If indeed WO3033H20 is not yours, then I think you should be immediately reporting him for harassment. It is interesting that he is hanging around skeles at the same time as you, with the same NX. The most likely explanation would be deliberate impersonation. As you can see, this is harmful to your reputation. So perhaps what you could do is to make a thread in report abuse, screenshot it showing clearly that it has been posted and in the report abuse section. You can post the screenshot here.

    If you're telling the truth, you will have no problem doing this, because the worst possible outcome is that you will be told there is insufficient evidence that the impersonation was deliberate.

    If you are lying, then I think you will be understandably reluctant to report yourself, and so you probably won't do it. Also in that case, don't bother telling us that you just didn't want to report somebody, or didn't want to have to reveal that you reported him (pretty much the entire community would be 100% supportive of you reporting him if he is impersonating you)

    Seems that this would solve the problem. So I suggest you just do it if you're innocent, otherwise we can all just assume you're lying if you don't do it.

    Making a false report about yourself will have no negative repercussions, except maybe a mod privately telling him to fuck off.
