I'd call this a failure. 1 30 for str, 1 30 for dex, 1 60 str, 1 60 dex...

This is after months of gach trying to get the armor itself.

 

1st cs fail: -500 burning energies + ws + cs
2nd cs pass: everything minus except +1 dex. Another -500 burning energies + ws + cs
Garbo belt now: -500m and 500 totems
