IGN : Munyenyo Hey guys I voted this morning to get my nx up. Firstly, voted as how I usually vote without having any problem. Just today after voting I didnt received any nx topped up. Due to my curiosity and reading a few forums, I tried using my phone to revote. Same issue it successfully mentioned that I have successfully voted but to no avail there is no nx topping up still. Any idea how do I have this resolve? Appreciate the help.
Just noticed same issue today but not sure if it's just today(hunt a lot of nx in game daily I don't even know my amount before/after voting)
Royal's website seems to still allow you to go to vote page even after voting, but GTOP says you already voted. Guess Gtop changed something during the lag (I noticed no lag with GTOP now) and royal isn't connecting with that vote count right now.
Looks like Gtop100 decided it would be a good idea to fix being able to vote for servers, but not the pingback part of voting which is what tells us who voted. They say they are working on fixing that bit now...
Since the vote wasn't processed on the MapleRoyals website, it should be fine to vote again from a different device or connection once the issue is resolved. But I would maybe wait for Staff to confirm first just to be safe.
Apparently votes are being logged on gtop100's side and once their pingback system is back online it should send all the data back to us for the NX to be distributed to accounts. No ETA on when it will be fixed though.
