Last thing you did: did 4 runs of apq this morning before logging out.
Why do you think you got banned?: Literally have no idea, I did 4 runs of apq this morning and logged out and went to work. I have been getting dced a lot during snowman and someone told me to download the new file on the forum and replace the old one ( maybe corrupted files ? )
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

Hello. Your characters are not banned, but it looks like you are connecting from a banned IP. Try unplugging your router/modem for at least two minutes so that your ISP assigns you a new IP. Additionallt, you can try connecting from a different network to test as well (private VPN, phone’s hotspot, etc.).

I did indeed moved to a new condo closer to work today. I can contact the owner of the condo tomorrow to get access to the modem. Will unplugging the router fix the issue ? I believe there is multiple tenants using the same WiFi as me as we are speaking. Or is it better if I download a VPN ?

I can’t safely say resetting the modem will fix it. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. Utilizing a paid VPN would resolve the issue (a free one may have the same issue)

I can’t unfortunately. I haven’t looked into free vpns in a while. For private (paid) vpns, check out surfshark or nordvpn. Both are fairly cheap, but will allow you to avoid this situation again.
