    would it get me blacklisted to play as a female char, lie about personal details, and flirt to get free mesos/items?

    if someone did this to me i would be really mad/heartbroken, but that's not cause for community blacklist, is it?

    If the situation is a guy pretending to be a girl in an attempt to gain in-game advantages such as guild favors or free in-game items, could be a case for community blacklist

    Also, what kind of personal details is being lied about?

    Depending on the extent of the lie, it could lead to a misunderstanding of account sharing (multiple users)

    Although such a situation is indeed vague about whether it's blacklistable, you could get into trouble with friends if they somehow met up and discussed how they met you which may led to the topic of "hometown"

    Personally, I would recommend not continuing such behavior
    Even if it isn't a scam, others probably would say you lie to friends for in-game advantages/benefits

    I know you're both great people and I love the company of you both in this community, but as a woman (who doesn't even do the flirting thing at all), I just find some of this a bit off. Also, I worry some of these comments could also be inadvertently offensive or triggering to some members of the rainbow (LGBT) community, as some of them get accused of 'lying' about their gender when they are not.

    And on a less serious note: if the main concern about lying is implications for irl meetups, then I can't help but wonder if that is slipping into RWT territory ;)

    If any of the LGBT community members were offended by my comments, they may reach out to me for clarification
    Probably better to do it in DM since it may derail the Community Blacklist if the topic is about gender identity instead

    For the above topic, the main issue is that someone is lying about who they are in an attempt to gain favors
    This does not apply to solely [gender] and can be used in other scenarios as well such as

    - lying about nationality
    - lying about being in a certain guild before

    Hope this clarifies any misunderstandings

    Also, I would not encourage real-life meetups among online friends in general, unless you really trust the person
    It may evolve into a real-life harassment/stalking issue, where it's beyond the control of the Royals Staff
