Im a returning mapler from post wipe. When trying to log in today i had to change my account password because it was being attempted to log in several times it seems and got blocked. After changing my password i was trying to log in i got a message saying account was deleted or blocked from connection.

Hi Pure!, Could you please verify if the information provided was correct? If i recall correctly, last time i logged in was only to check the equipments i had, so long ago that i honestly dont remember when, but for sure it was way before pandemic. Im trying to log in today first time after last time i logged in to check my equipments, and my account was blocked because someone apparently attempted to log in. I hope you can help me out.

Hello! I just noticed a Closed Ban Appeal on 2021 on this account, saying the reason of the ban being RWT. Im suspecting i got hacked because i did not sent that message definitely. I changed my account password and e-mail yesterday to hopefully prevent any future hack attempt, and would kindly like you to deeper investigate the situation regarding my account please so i could be able to play again as soon as possible. We share the same IP address so that could probably be the reason i got hacked too. Regards.
