My favorite method requires cr and bs. Put cr on this platform, have his pet up top. Send bs left, gen to tag mobs, come back right and on mid platform, gen again to clump up the right side with the left. Heaven hammer on cr into gen. Very smooth with maxed hh, bs sometimes needs to dispell once after leftside gen. If you gen rightside before left its possible you get hit when jumping down and you will then have to reset your cr position so don't do that. Let's talk numbers, small sample size. maxed hh, 15 minutes = 500 mobs = 15 hearts. low intensity, being conservative could add another 2 channels for a total of 3 channels. I estimate it would add another 5 minutes per 500 mobs, so 20 minutes per channel per 15 hearts. this is after fully optimizing everything. thats 45 hearts an hour per channel. 1 hour = 135 hearts 1.5m ea = 200m / h? maybe on paper but I do wonder how well it would work Some bottlenecks that would have to be solved if increasing number of channels would be having to wait for the mobs to clump, waiting for the mobs to respawn, a majority do respawn right away but some stragglers take a few more seconds. Thats kinda why I like adding more channels, while you wait for them to clump you could be tagging on other channels. In this clip it does look like I teled one too many times but they can wander to that corner, might be okay to stop 1 tele short. The strongest fire mage I know can still only 2 hit these guys, I think they have some ele resistance. If it is possible and feasible to one shot these guys then my method is probably useless. After the cwk buffs I'm sure hearts are a very in demand item. I wonder what method is being used now to farm hearts, dooming is such a turn off for me, and it doesn't even work properly sometimes. The thing about adding a 2nd channel is that you have to wait maybe 10 seconds for heaven hammer to come off cd after waiting for mobs to spawn, so it works out being efficient. My ultimate setup would be 2 pallys 2 bs on 2 channels, it still would be less intensive than other methods of farming from what I've seen. Those crazy 8 mage yeti killers do some crazy shit, end up with like 400m/h depending on event. So if 2 mages 2 pallys can really net you 140m/h? for less than half the effort that would be amazing, would be hard to not plummet the prices of hearts tho. Anyways enough rambling.
For the 500 kills quest during summer event, I put 2xIL mages spamming blizzard on right side safe platform, then bish+pally left side right below the mobs. Spam blizzard 20 sec, hh, gen, repeat. Probably doesn't scale as well but it made that quest super easy
