I'm coming back after a while and I find that my IP is Banned or that's what it seems. I did not commit any fault so I ask you to give me back my Desbann!
They should have better customer service for these cases, I have seen that they take days and do not resolve anything. Constructive criticism. I want my account returned, I have not lent my account nor have they lent it to me.
Hello. First, I’d like to remind you that all of staff are volunteers. We try to get to ban appeals as soon as we can. Second, your accounts are not banned. It appears you may have been assigned a banned IP from your ISP. Please try unplugging your router/modem for a few minutes and then plugging it back it. That should prompt your ISP to give you a new IP. Additionally, you can try connecting from a different network (phone hotspot, etc.) to see if that works.
