Hi there! I am not seeing any bans on any of those IGNs you have listed, however upon further investigation I discovered that the IP you are using to make this post was banned back about a year ago for hacking so it sounds to me like your IP got refreshed to a previously banned one. It's odd how restarting the router and the other checks didn't fix the issue though, all I can suggest is to keep trying to refresh your IP and possibly try a VPN (free ones cause issues due to their IP changing every day) but I can confirm with 100% certainty you were not banned for anything.
