She's not supposed to give you the account details though, it will lead to the misunderstanding of account sharing
As per my earlier response, I am requesting your friend to log in on your PC via screen sharing This is to confirm the login procedure is correct I am not asking you guys to share accounts Anyway, since you already tested and faced the same results, it's very likely the issue is on your PC's end and you are unable to play Royals at all for some reason I can only suggest using another PC to play, or consider another server on Gtop100 I have tested the new accounts creation and unable to replicate your situation
Please don't publicly list your username. From the screenshot you posted, I can confirm that the account creation was successful. Can you try logging into the control panel?
