Hello. It doesn’t appear that you’re banned. Rather you are connecting from a banned IP (probably assigned by your ISP). Try restarting your modem/router but keep them unplugged for 3-5 minutes. Additionally if you are using a VPN, make sure it is a private (paid) VPN. Finally, you can try connecting from a different network to see if that works (phone’s hotspot, etc.).
