    Last thing you did: Don't know, I haven't played for a few months
    Why do you think you got banned?: No idea
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection

    Apparently it was due to nord vpn installed on my computer :)
    All working fine now


    Edit:
    Well... after picking a character in character selection the game disconnects.
    Not sure if it's for here now or just technical help...

    Hello. I was able to verify that you are not banned. My suggestions for it crashing after the character selection screen would be:

    -Completely uninstall all current/previous versions of Royals from your computer. Reinstall the newest version and see if that resolves your issue.
    -Ensure that you have your Royals folder (where the game is installed) whitelisted in your anti-virus (if you have third party software, make sure it's whitelisted in that third party software along with Windows Defender).

    If neither of those work for you I'd make a post under Technical Help.

    Additionally, if you are still using NordVPN, it has been known to cause disconnections due to the Mac Address spoofing. May want to try without Nord running (if you’re still using it).

    Well I did all of the above, nothing worked... still the same :(
