Well, it says I'm banned by connecting to my hot spot, but not after I switch to connect to my home wifi. Why did it happen tho?
Your hotspot is most likely sharing an IP with another banned account. You are not banned on our end. Not sure how you’d prompt your hotspot provider to provide you a different IP, but that’d be your only shot for the hotspot.
Hi Bacon, thanks for the fast reply. Does it really appear on your end that there are accounts connected to my hot spot banned? People that connected to my hot spot were using either tablet or smartphone, so they have no way to play MapleRoyals. I hope this can be checked out before I approach my ISP.
It wouldn’t actually be someone on your hotspot. Normally its someone completely separate who was assigned the same public facing IP by your ISP.
