Hello, I am a returning player. Last time I logged into my account it was wiped so I didn't continue playing, but now my account is blocked from logging in. The character name is vikszn and I can share the account name if needed. Character names: vikszn.. there may be more characters on the account I forgot Last thing I did: walk around fm and look at my inventory then logged out I think I got banned because a hacker got my account and wiped it The ban message says this account has been blocked from the server
Hello, You are correct. The account with the IGN 'vikszn' was banned due to it being hacked. We recommend changing all your credentials, if you have not already done so. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of. You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
