Hello, I addressed what you need to do with your account here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/banned-for-no-reason-returning-player.213873/ If you have another account that needs to be recovered, besides the one you posted in your first appeal, add that account to the post you made in the Support Request Forum. Unfortunately, the GMs cannot do anything else to help you here. Only the Admins have access to that forum section. Good luck!
