Not Bug Normal Exp rate?

    Hi, I just started playing on Royal and noticed that blue snails on maple island were giving me the normal (4) exp per kill instead of the listed 4x rate. Is this intended?

    Maple island is 1x exp so that people can complete all the quests without over leveling.
