Hello there, From what I can see on my end, it appears you are not banned. Please take a look at the following link: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-properly-restart-a-router-modem-2624570 and attempt a full power cycle of your router in order to obtain a new IP address from your ISP. Please let me know if this works or not for you!
I haven't done anything and my account has magically unbanned. It's been 2 days I was playing like usual, today I'm having the same issue, it magically appeared again.
