[Dispute] Regarding my Ban

Welp. Might as well give this a try. I've reviewed the Game Terms & Conditions laid out to us. And I firmly believe that my ban is unreasonable.

Why do you think you got banned?
According to the words of the GameMaster who banned me, it was for "withholding evidence". I believe this is a ridiculous ban, especially due to the fact that it is permanent.

First off, the ban is totally unjust and doesn't follow any of the terms and conditions that you've laid out to us. The closest one that you'll find is #3, which states "rude, unlawful, harassing, vulgar, obscene, hateful, threatening, abusive or otherwise objectionable behavior, including, without limitation, looting, kill stealing, making sexual comments". Even if I was banned for this (the bolded parts are the only things that I can be accused for), this is my first offense, it would only be a three day ban. The ban appeal is written today. Changing your terms and conditions after this post will mean that these said new "terms and conditions" will not apply to me.

Although I acknowledge the fact that the staff is capable of "ultimate discretion and authority in applying, construing, interpreting, acting or omitting of the Game Use & Restrictions ("Rules")", I think that the staff at MapleRoyals have made a grave mistake, and have used poor judgement in enforcing a ban on me. I think you fail to realize that I am the only legitimate player on this server who actually knows what is happening with the server and you guys should be thankful that someone even informed you that a dupe occurred one week before your discovery. Besides that, I've cooperated with the staff in providing any information that I know. I've identified to you who the hacker is (Frost), and even provided you places where to look. In other words, I should be rewarded or in the very least, be able to access the game.

By banning me, there is no benefit on your end whatsoever, because you have just banned an innocent player thus ruining the server's credibility, and it just goes to show there are little to no law/order to this server. Furthermore, the hacking hasn't ceased event with me banned as you can see from the screenshot taken from the chatbox:



Overall, I feel that this situation is being handled unprofessionally, and I wish to negotiate with those of a higher position in this server and possibly meet an agreement.
