Hello. You do not appear to be banned. Rather you are connecting from a banned IP. You will want to restart your modem/router (leave them unplugged for a few minutes) so that your ISP hopefully assigns you a new IP. Additionally, if you are using a VPN, you need to ensure you’re using one that assigns you a private IP (paid VPN).
