So I made a new character and play while my main account was AFK. Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. What GM banned you (optional): no clue ------------------------------------------------ If thats the reason, im really new at this world tbh, i did not know that. Hope you guys can give me one more chance to play. I just found this server last week and wanted to bring back some good memories from the good old days.
Hello. You don’t appear to be banned on our end. As Tim confirmed in the shoutbox, you are allowed to open as many game clients as you want, as long as you are not sharing accounts with anyone else, etc. (make sure you read our Game Terms and Conditions). If you are using a VPN, make sure you are assigned a private IP (paid/private VPN).
Oh i checked the other account and i still got the " This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. " sign. Please check if my account was stuck or something. The IGN in the other account is Novilnha
There is unfortunately nothing we can do from our end as you are not banned. My only suggestion would be unplug your router/modem for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP to assign you a new IP. Otherwise you can try connecting from a different network to test (phone’s hotspot, etc.).
Oh thank you, i will try your suggestion, even my main account got the problem too. I logged out and when i log back in the same sign appeared
I made the 3nd one to try to log in when i first got the sign, but i could not log in. Now i tried log in 3 but i can't.
Your IP may have changed and it appears your connecting from a banned IP. You can always try a private VPN to see if you can connect.
