i have tried to login after a long time i didnt play and it says the account has been deleted / banned i dont remember my ingame name as i barley played my email is *Email hidden by GM* i think the account is banned for some reason if so can someone tell me what i need to do in order to recover it?

The Support Request Forum is private. Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.
