    Some context: Havent played for a couple of years and wanted to play again, but it wouldnt let me.

    ALL Your Character Names: Insigious is the only one name i can remember. Thought i had 2 characters. Assasin and a priest and maybe gunslinger (not sure).
    Why do you think you got banned?: I have no idea. Didnt have much money or high lvl accounts. Maybe i got hacked? Havent played since 2019-2020. And always on the same IP.

    Ban message when attempting to log in: ID has been blocked or deleted
    What GM banned you (optional): no idea

    We recommend changing all your credentials, if you have not already done so. You can go to the Control Panel and change them here:

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.

    It may take a bit of time as only the admins can view that section of the forums/deal with those requests. I can’t see the queue, so I am not sure how many are in front of you.
