Hello. It appears you charged back a Paypal transaction which resulted in a ban. Was this intentional?

Generally you would need to pay the amount charged back and let us know once that has gone through. Then Matt would need to verify on his end and would then unban your account.

From what I can see, paypal has not closed the case yet. You should be able to do it yourself here https://www.paypal.com/resolutioncenter/view/PP-R-MLP-478085530/inquiry Once done I will be able to unban the accounts. In future, please note that on rare occasions, RP can be delayed, and for any enquiries you should send an email rather than opening a paypal dispute.
