Closed my account has beed deleted after not playing for 1.5 years!!! wtf!!!!!

Thanks for the detailed reply-- but we only just needed your character name so the rest of it was censored to protect your account as this is a public thread and other players can read your information.

You weren't banned for anything you have done, however, your account was breached by a hacker and it was banned as a precaution to protect it from further damage.

You will have to head over to the Control Panel and change your account information here: https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login

If you are unable to change anything you will have to make a request over here in the Support section: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/
Please keep in mind only the Admins can assist with the account recovery process if you are unable to do it on your own via the Control Panel. I cannot give you an estimated time on when they will be able to assist you over there as they are very busy tending to both irl things outside of the game and other requests made daily by other players but once you are in queue they will respond to you whenever they can.

In the request for the Support section please included the following information to make it easier for the Admins to verify that you are indeed the true owner of this account (we have had hackers in the past pretend to be other players to get them self banned, take their items, etc.)

All your character names (IGNs):
The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
Your account username (Game Login ID):
The last time you played:

If you are unsure about a question please provide an accurate estimation so they can check the logs and verify that your estimation matches up with what they see.

Please do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public and the Support thread is private.

Last but not least, you may play on another account and create new ones in the meantime.

How this happened was due to a case of credential stuffing. What that means is the information you have re-used for MapleRoyals was used elsewhere; be it a different server, social medias, youtube, bank, anything that is prone to security breaches and then passed around to a multitude of people. I highly recommend from here on out you only use a password/PIN and PIC that is unique to MapleRoyals IE not used anywhere else, and please make sure it's something difficult to avoid getting breached in the future.
Please avoid using simple PIN/PICS like brithdates, dates in general, 1111, 2222, 3333, etc and 1234, 4321, etc. Use a unique combination of numbers to increase the chances of your account not getting breached in the future.
