Are GMs allowed to have affairs with Maplers?

GMs are quite privileged to have the powers to ban any Mapler they choose; they were intrusted with those powers by the people themselves. This inevitably leads me to ask the question: are GMs allowed to have affairs with other Maplers? Specifically sexual affairs? I know the job of a GM is a tough one - much like an NYPD cop - constantly trying to dish out justice while trying to be fair. But occasionally tragedies like Michael Brown do happen. To avoid these tragedies I would be most comfortable only if GMs were not in relationships with other Maplers, as that may lead to biases that could inevitably distort the judgment of a ban.

Source: As a slut I've tried to get with most of the GM's in return for favourable judgement and bias (and chairs.. lots of chairs) and most of my charming attempts have failed. Only a select few GM's (who shall remain a mystery to protect their identity) have fallen victims to my charm, and the results have been dire.
