Personally I think having a damage chart that shows each individual's damage done to the boss (or even the thicc spawns in cases like VL) after the instance boss is cleared would be nice to have and really helpful to identify how a certain class fares in practical situations. Majority of the feedbacks we receive now are really qualitative (just players literally feeling things out, if you will: like saying how class X is OP and class Y is just the worst class ever for a certain boss without having a ballpark figure of the actual differences) so I find it difficult to give credibility to most balance feedback statements even when said players are veterans with their intuitions probably being not far off. With how active our community is when it comes to feedback sessions, players with access to these damage figures will be able to gather data and make more sound arguments based on them. It could also reduce the intensity of the hot mess that is the feedback thread of pretty much any big updates if people actually get to see the actual quantified changes post-update, which I believe is something the balance team can appreciate (unless we love drama? ). The best example I can give would be back when paladin's crash got reworked into an active buff that works by percentage chance, see https://royals.ms/forum/threads/new-crash-change-feedback.188147/ where even after the 50%->75% adjustment, players still saw it as a direct nerf to the crash skill and it would be more efficient to switch to another part that isn't on weapon cancel though this is dismissed rather quickly after players realized that their HT runs actually became faster with the change. I believe that with this, players would be more willing to test things out before they go mindlessly bashing on the changes out of pure saltiness, and that the whole feedback process can be a lot more constructive. Could be wrong but I suspect this feature is something that can be implemented rather easily because the same array of numbers are already being used when calculating exp distribution so this shouldn't be too much work.
Adding on, a dynamic list would be interesting and interactive to see ups and downs in different phases, e.g. Corsair breaking ship and needing to spam rapid fire. A certain post-bb server years ago did that as well, which was pretty fun to see the list change. I imagine it would be a dashboard of all the bosses + "mobs"? So for the case of Zakum, it will have each arm, then the body 1-3, and mobs (probably meaningless for Zakum). Lastly, I want to advocate for only showing the top 3 (number open to suggestion), kinda like an extension of whiting bosses. Jokes aside, given how sweaty royal players are, it might not be a positive thing to show the bottom few, where newer players may leave a bad impression and get ostracized more, making the bossing scene feel less welcoming. Meanwhile we can let the tryhard gods duke it out to see who's on top and how much the 2nd and 3rd are lacking in comparison.
