I am a lv170 NL. IGN: BlackNDirect. Having played for so long, I began yearning for powerful weapons that makes bossing easier. Yet, I can never get to the scrolling part because of the failure rate. Event just straight up buying one from the forum is insanely expensive (50b or something). Both method takes a lot of money and I don't know what I should do. I need some encouragement. Also, I would like to know if white scroll prevents dark scrolls' equip destruction.
go for perfect red craven 19luk 91wa. price should be 23-24b. White scrolls do not prevent the destruction of items by cursed scrolls(30%/70%) I recommend not scrolling items yourself and just saving up to buy finished products. worked for me at least. Perfect weapons usually take hardcore players at least 3-4months to farm for. Dont worry about not having perfect equips at the start. Find a nice guild to join which helps in zak/scar/ht runs so you dont have to spend your precious early game meso in getting those untradeables. Additionally, you can do the lita lawless questline at New Leaf City (NLC) which rewards you with a few levels of exp at lvl 70+ and a silver deputy star pendant (can be sold for 130m-150m) after anniversary since anniversary shop sells pendants so price of deputy star usually drops to 80m during this period. Good luck
Thank for the help. Btw I was thinking to scroll a perfect purple dragon sleeve until you mentioned craven. I think ppl chose craven because it is more common, but purple sleeve certainly had better stats but rare. I already have a 76 attk craven btw. Like I've said, I'm lv 170. You probably misread my level and view me as a new lv 70 player, so here I corrected it for you. That been said, I had a few silver pedant already for my other characters as well. I also would like to know if it is fine to store my income using white scrolls/chaos scrolls or the billion meso coin sold in the FM shop? because I heard there are tax penalty when sold the B coin in NPC.
omg yes my apologies for misreading. I did read it as lvl 70. im blind af. I recommended red craven because thats usually what end game players go for since its affordable for its value. Of course, a purple dragon purple sleeve would be ideal as the super late game weapon of choice but I believe it goes for around 70-75b which is something not everyone can afford easily. And like you mentioned, a 12/56 red craven can be farmed from mobs but a perfect DPS can only be obtained via Horntail and Kerning Gachapon which is why its rare-erererer than a perfect clean red craven. Regarding what you should keep as currency, I think white scrolls are a safe bet because the server will always need white scrolls. chaos scrolls are on a more fluctuating scale because it depends on the number of people cs-ing and gambling their gears WA if you know what I mean. It would also depend on the time of year. Around this time, I would suggest keeping B coin since chair gacha is coming up soon so the value of mesos would go up compared to cs/ws which would go down in value during that period. But when you do intend to make trades, you can always use the mesos to buy cs/ws and use them to trade to avoid the tax. Do not use the b coins as your offer because you would have to incur the 30m tax per B coin.
Sometimes people sell 90 atk RCs, they are usually significantly cheaper than the perfect 91 atk ones (like 17b compared to 23/24b for 91) and the difference is only 1 atk.
My advice is to buy a perfect craven, not a dragon purple sleeve. I would not advise perfect dragon weapons until you're like 55+ wa gear, usually just cheaper to upgrade your wa set by 5 + use a perfect lvl 100 weapon. You could also buy a 91 att craven with less than perfect LUK, better bang for buck but harder to resell if you decide to change your mind later. Generally cheaper to also just buy perfect scrolled weapons than to make it yourself. You would need to time the market when WS is very cheap and get somewhat lucky to get a better return. Storing your income in CS/WS is perfectly fine, just don't force yourself to buy above market price. It takes time to do this, but you save meso in exchange. Depends on how much you value your time and effort over paying meso taxes, can't really say which is superior.
