What is the reason that Eye scrolls for INT scrolls are so much cheaper than every other stat?

    I got a 30% eye INT scroll today from gach and was excited, but then go look at the price guides here and here,
    and i see that that no % of INT scroll sells past 20m, but any other % of other stats, the price starts at like 40-70m??

    genuinely curious why that is?? lol
