You currently have multiple MAC Addresses associated with your connection and one of them happens to be the Address 00-00-00-00-00-00, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access Mapleroyals. Sometimes, this happens with the installation of new software on a computer. You should disable that faulty MAC addresses and then you should be able to connect to the game.
