Rules
Submission must be somehow related to MapleRoyals.
Entries must be submitted within the submission time. Any late entries will not be accepted. The event will run until 5th of July 2023 (23:59 servertime).
Players may not reserve spots in the thread to submit an entry at a later time.
To be eligible to win, all entries must be submitted in this thread.
Each individual player can only win one prize.
Incomplete submissions, plagiarism, AI generated, reused or inappropriate content are all within grounds for disqualification at the judges' discretion.
All submissions must follow the Game Terms & Conditions as well as the Forum Rules & Regulations.
Players are responsible for abiding by the rules of this event's theme. Read carefully to ensure a submission is not disqualified.

Categories
Solo - Maximum of one participant.
Group - At least two participants, and at most six participants. Must be obvious who did what depending on your choice of presentation.

Note that players may use as many characters as they wish in the submission; it is the number of individuals participating that may be limited depending on category. Only participants will be eligible for prizes.

While we prepared for Christmas Tree Decorating Contest 2021 took me ALOT OF TIME to drop all the ETCs in order that they would fit perfectly on the map, and the exact moment we were ready - Noa aka MissSparrow said (in Hebrew) "Go ahead write" I was supposed to write something I don't even remember what it was already! as you can already understand I got DCed and all the items I dropped VANISHED!!!!! the most EPIC fail EVER!

Concept (optional): Each anniversary, hunters go after the rare mob in search of glory. Two prominent hunters created a fierce rivalry that became a legend in search of the illustrious golden mushroom~!



Hunting for the golden mushroom, I was one map away when a Nightlord FJ'ed over my head and into the next portal, then blue text appeared "Baju has slain......."

- This memorable moment led to an event long struggle to find golden mushie more than the other, teams were formed and sides were taken. The second the blue text appeared the race was on! #TeamBaju / #TeamWillis

Concept (optional): Each Maple Story begins on the first chapter, with humble beginnings. Invisibly, the GM watches over as the new player starts his journey, not knowing of the years of adventures with friends to come.


Filled with nostalgia from my childhood, I ventured into Royals in 2019. I chose to take the Path of Magician and with the goal of becoming a Bishop, my Maple Story began!!!

Reflecting back years later its been a wild ride, and I'm so thankful to my friends who helped me along the way and shared memories that live everlasting in my heart. Also to staff for giving me the chance to re-live something I never thought I'd get the chance to. (Sorry for the near back to back posts)

After joining Royals, sometime last year, I first met malapotato in the game when she was jumping around channel 10, and she cheerfully greeted me and asked, "Am I new to the game?" She dropped starter gears for me to used and after realising that I hail from the same country she added me to OHMS where I met the rest of the friendly people in the guild like TickTockTick, FieryPhoenix, Merv & oRenn.

All these people during the time in Royals taught me, guided me, and made my life in royals much more fulfilling and enjoyable. If without them, I would have probably left royals long ago. Having met them was one of the greatest thing that happened to me during my time in Maple Royals.

Having met these bunch of jokers in Christmas, I decided to show my appreciation for them during the Chinese New Year period where I drew their characters using the Chinese New Year theme based on how their in game character looks like.
