If i enter FM/Event map in any channel i have a trouble shot insta

yea I guess it's an old tread but i have problems while changing ch, entering CS leaving CS and etc,...
im from lithuania.
ma cousn lives like 2km away, has no such problems

 

hey Matt or any other maple admin replying to this post, I just wanted to let you guys know I can't get into game at the moment. I can login but when I get to channel selection after I select my channel the game crashes and says Disconnected from login server please try again.. it came across my mind that I might have been banned temporarily for whatever reason although I would like to state that I haven't actually been breaking any of the rules so for that matter I plead my innocence. I came to forum but after seeing this thread I thought maybe it isn't that but however I also saw the date on the thread so I'm doubtful it could be this. Even so, I thought I'd post here anyways.. hope to hear back from you guys soon, Thanks!
By the way my character names are: Mykaio, Mikaiooo, 1fatpanda and lastly, 2Fatpandas

Can log into the game without vpn, but cannot with my vpn no matter what country or region I use.
I need to use a VPN most of the time so kinda disappointing that I can't use it with the game.
Can log in with VPN but insta disconnect and crash when I try to log into a character.

 

Israel, chanels 10 till 20 are not working, the cash shop either

same as above. can't log in to server for half year. screen shown "You have been disconnected from this log in server. Please try again later." while completed the PIC password.

It’s working now.

 

When my chac change chanel,often black screen and then disconnect.I log in again and it is shown I online,but I can log in again immediately.
Then,I choose chac and type PIC to log to the game,it is no reaction and then disconnect again.the condition is repeat.
what problem ? Please help me to solve the problem,thanks a lots.

p.s:I buy a new pc 2 days ago,and the work system is Microsoft windows 11
p.s:My internet works pretty well , not disconnected.I can surf the internet.

 

any reason why the new patch doesnt work? tried both files wz and img and still the game freezes after logging in. i checked everything that could affect it on my side...
