I think the broken glasses (stat) scroll seems a bit strong, especially since they have 5 slots now. That means if you ws them, you can easily get a 12 allstat eye accessory? Kind of insane. For the CS frags, why opal ores and not refined Opal jewels? Also could add moon rock to the crafting to complement ws's star rock cost.
Could also consider adding the cape cold protection and shoe prevent slipping scrolls to the reward list.
Hmm what about Return Scroll to <Party Quest> as a potential cheap reward (5-10 tokens?), which takes you directly to that PQ's entrance
If I may suggest, for collectors lovers, like myself, would be nice to have a "participation medal" for PQs? Like 100 OPQ gives you the "OPQ Expert Medal". Also, could have like, for low token price (5-10), bonus drop potions? Like card effects for especific regions? Like: Victoria Island Drop Potion (10 tokens) Duration: 15 mins. In this case is to help for people farming cards, mostly from the PQs. Example: Token will give you extra droprate for Victoria Island, that can be used in KPQ Slime for card.

They don't have that utility anyways, HB can be dispelled and potion buffs cannot, so this potion allows characters to participate in content that they otherwise couldn't even if HB were provided it's also a 30% increase compared to the 60% provided by HB, so there are definitely some people who will have to rely on HB anyway (or at least try)
Can we have a new scroll prevent lose hp in water? The idea came up to me after reading meme about ppl hold their breath in aqua. I would say its scroll for face. Or mayb for the oxytank cape?
I get a feeling that bubble item in June 2023 staff blog might do what you're asking for (and the scrolls being warmth in nath and no slip in nath)

As ppl at low lvl still struggling to R for pq i suggest low lvl recruiting smega. This smega is only used for recruiting purpose only such as : Recruiting kerning party quest, Recruiting ludibrium party quest, recruiting orbis party quest, etc. It help ppl find pq partner and other dont use them for their sercive smeg spam.
Could add nx version of equips like these to Token exchange: Maybe can have a crafting that requires the tokens among various other equips/items .. Or exchange tokens for a box and you have chance of acquiring rare nx above.
I completely get flexing those gacha oddities and quest equips, but we need the general public to lust after the items. I do agree with a box of random items to satisfy the gamblers. Also want to suggest adding at least one quote and label ring set to the token rewards. E.g. Children's Day Label and Chat Rings (ludi theme) or just something that might be popular like Sleepy Pink Bean Label/Chat Rings.
One-time questlines don't effectively boost sustained player participation in PQs. Introducing a repeatable HP gain through PQs would be a lifeline for new and low-level players who dread HP washing, and it could also revitalize underplayed PQs like OPQ. This could transport us back to the cherished era when PQs were integral to the game's appeal. An hourly HP gain rate, on par with daily HP quests, would not only rekindle that old-school community vibe but also keep the rewards balanced and aligned with the rest of the game. Honestly, cosmetic or lackluster prizes aren't enough to give PQs the revival they need, unlike coveted max HP gains.
Just an idea to consider. Recently still many ppl asking if they have to wash hp to play the game. So i wonder if there is increase hp pot can be added to help ppl have some extra hp for an mount of time. If it can be out ppl can still do bosses while they slowly increase their hp base through hp quest untill they dont need the pot anymore. Thinking about giving it as the reward u receive from npc after finish the pq within an mount of time to avoid some1 solo/duo pq to abuse it. Mayb add super def/mdef/avoid pot?
