Closed Help with VPN issue

    Problem: Hey, after confirming I am not banned (was able to connect via hotspot/vpn) im still facing another issue, after entering a PIC i'm dcing with "unable to connect" error.
    I saw it have something to do with my MAC address but i dont really have a clue about that, any suggestion how can i disable this false MAC on my VPN?

    Details: btw, not using hotspot cus my cellphone data in my apartment is kinda shit so its pretty laggy.

    Hello, regarding the reported issue, as we are unable to provide advice for each VPN, you may wish to contact the VPN's customer support in regards to the fake MAC address such as 0000-0000
