It would be great to have an option to recycle EXP when deleting characters. I have a few characters that I don't play anymore and it would be great to reuse a portion of their total EXP and move it to a different character into the same account. It would greatly help getting through the harder levels.

    Example
I have a lvl 150 character that I no longer play on. My main character is lvl 100 and I would love to delete the lvl 150 character and recycle X amount of the total EXP to my main character in order to boost it.

Even a small (random) amount would suffice with a minimum level requirement perhaps to prevent people grinding bishops to boost their main. Maybe a recycle limit would help preventing this. The goal is to boost your main just a little whilst cleaning up the account.

Why would you make multiple chars on the same acc tho? Im not particularly against it tho i dont support it since i see it as abusable, and pointless since theres never a reason to have multiple chars on same acc

I have 1, regretted it but just kept levelling it and now it's a Chao mules to earn extra NX and event untradeables like Anni white NX stuff. No longer regretting it.

I don't think having multiple chars on the same account is a valid point since the game simply allows it to. There are people that don't want to make mules out of every char and have dozens of accounts, I'm more of a casual player myself.

I agree it might be something that could be abused hence I suggested a few ideas to make it not interesting for people with malicious intent. It would only be abused if there's an advantage compared to regular leveling. I just see it similarly as recycling old batteries, only a portion gets recycled. Same could be applied for "recycling" characters.

Edit: I would pay NX for such service (another idea to prevent abuse).

If they are going to do anything that would benefit having multiple characters on the same account, I would rather they added "Blessing of the Fairy" in some capacity.

Don't really like this idea cause I can see it being used for 2 x unintended scenarios

    1) leveling a job that is easy to level such as mage or warrior, to level boost a HP washing character such as thief or archer

For example, deleting a level 100 mage to grant EXP of 20~50 levels to the thief holding INT equip

Feel this kinda encourages a different kind of "leech" for HP washing

    2) RWT related - training a high-level character and selling it on the black market so that the RWT buyer can get immediate levels on their desired job or IGN (maybe 20~50 level boosts after deleting a level 100 hacker character)

Feel this will complicate the situation of both HP washing and RWT/hacking

Although I do get your intention of just a normal player deleting unwanted characters and getting some EXP back on another character, I would also like to highlight the potential abuse or unintended usage of the suggested feature

I will take this over traditional leeching any day of the week. At least you would actually be playing the video game and potentially participating in PQs, instead of sitting uselessly at wraiths while spoon-feeding EXP to yourself in your own lonely little corner

Assuming this "leech" does happen, where players train mage to like level 100~120, and delete it for bonus EXP on the HP washing character

It will likely increase Admin's workload when someone deletes their character wrongly and request for restoration
(for example, leaving the INT gears or the weapon on the deleted character)

Note: not saying everyone will make this mistake, it could be 1 out of 100, but the numbers would add up over time if this "leech" becomes the norm

Based on how Staff introduce ways to gain HP (such as HP quests), I also honestly doubt they would want this to be the new meta or norm of gaining HP too

First of all, thank you for your input. I'm aware that this potentially could be a new meta for boosting characters on the same account. Please take these numbers with a grain of salt as I'm about to give a rough example of a possible implementation:

    - When deleting a character one could opt in for recycling a portion of the total EXP of the deletable subject and transfer this EXP to another character within the same account.
    - Minimum level requirement for recycling is 100 (for both the deletable character AND the character to be boosted).
    - Maximum level requirement for recycling is 160.
    - Recycling EXP can only be used twice per account.
    - Only 10% of the total EXP can be recycled.

Rough total EXP lvl 100 = 130 mil.
Rough total EXP lvl 120 = 440 mil.
Rough total EXP lvl 130 = 720 mil.
Rough total EXP lvl 140 = 1750 mil.
Rough total EXP lvl 150 = 2634 mil.
Rough total EXP lvl 160 = 4300 mil.

    Examples:
    - Recycling a lvl 100 character will result in 13 mil EXP and boost a lvl 140 roughly about 18,8% ((13 / 69) * 100).
    - Recycling a lvl 120 character will result in 44 mil EXP and boost a lvl 140 roughly about 63,7% ((44 / 69) * 100).
    - Recycling a lvl 130 character will result in 72 mil EXP and boost a lvl 140 roughly about 104% ((72 / 69) * 100).
    - Recycling a lvl 140 character will result in 175 mil EXP and boost a lvl 140 roughly about 240%.
    - Recycling a lvl 140 character will result in 175 mil EXP and boost a lvl 130 roughly about 4 levels.
    - Recycling a lvl 140 character will result in 175 mil EXP and boost a lvl 120 roughly a bit over 6 levels.
    - Recycling a lvl 140 character will result in 175 mil EXP and boost a lvl 100 roughly about 14 levels.
    - Recycling a lvl 150 character will result in 263 mil EXP and boost a lvl 100 roughly about 18 levels and about 50%.
    - Recycling a lvl 160 character will result in 430 mil EXP and boost a lvl 100 roughly about 25 levels.

    EXP table source: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/new-source-exp-table.155853/

I personally think this would help players getting past those harder levels on their new main by sacrificing a much higher leveled character. I'm not a leech expert but my guess would be that it's not worth it to leech a character to lvl 160 to boost a HP washing character of level 100 to level 125. The main goal of this feature is to help players boost their new main just enough to skip the hard part of the game.

Thank you for the detailed response about the suggestion

I understand the mentioned level range (100 to 160) is able to counter the 2 scenarios I mentioned to a large extent.
    (no issues with that)

Was just wondering why the level range of 100 to 160, cause I believe others may have a similar question
    - why 100 and not 50 or 70?
    - why 160 and not 180 or 200?

The formula all comes down the % of total recyclable EXP. I took 10% in my example which is, in my opinion, just enough to boost through the harder levels being 100-125. Lowering the minimum level requirement to 50 would enable players to boost straight to lvl 1xx making this mechanic a new leech meta for HP washers (which the min level requirement of 100 prevents).

You could lower the min level requirement but that would mean that the % of total recyclable EXP would have to be lowered as well. Like 5% or maybe even 2% for example.

Why 160? After this level the EXP per level increases exponentially meaning there will be more EXP to be recycled. To give a comparison the total EXP required to level to 160 is roughly 4300 mil, leveling from 197 to 200 requires 4850 mil (yes for just 3 levels). After 160 the total recyclable EXP could boost a lvl 100 to like 140 (maybe 150) which is just way too overpowered if you ask me.

I think this mechanic should be subtle and slightly boost a second character.
