Hello. You were indeed permanently banned in 2019 for account sharing. To potentially look into this further, we would need a list of your igns and your roommate’s igns.

Hey Tim. We didn’t give each other access to the other’s accounts, but we did live in the same household, and usually played at the same time. What makes it seem like we had access to each others accounts?
Could you describe this evidence? We were both long-time players who knew the rules pretty well, so we were careful not to cross the line. I’d like to try to give you a reasonable explanation for what happened.
