    The last thing you did: AFK overnight in the free market, I haven't done anything in-game for content in a solid 12 hours I want to say
    Why do you think you got banned?: Maybe vote abuse? This is just my hunch from looking at other appeals but I've literally only voted on one character every day ever since I've played this game o_O; the other reason I think could be that I recently started using a remote desktop on my phone to connect to my computer at home from time to time, where I can even play royals when I'm not home. It uses a virtual machine to do this, but I'm unsure if that has anything to do with it.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please try again. In the past, I've had this showup and the cause was my VPN being online in the background. Turning it off via task manager fixed the problem. This time, the VPN isn't on and I'm still getting this issue.

    What o.o. What can I do from here to proceed? The card I used wasn't mine, but the relative in question here approved the transaction. I was completely unintentional.

    Note ^^, PayPal was not used for this transaction. This is not my first time purchasing RP and every time I've done it, it has been fine. I used the transaction site to purchase this time, and when I did, my relative asked what it was. After explaining it, they said "okay that's fine" and that was that

    The cardholder denies authorizing or participating in the transaction, and so has raised a dispute with their bank. Ideally you should contact the cardholder and ask them to why they made the dispute request and if they can withdraw the dispute.

    I can handle this ASAP, the cardholder is the relative that I'm living with at the moment. I need to withdraw the dispute from the credit card company's side or the bank's side?

    I am not sure, they should know who they contacted to make raise the dispute. I have sent you a PM with the dispute claim we received.
