Ouch.. Erm I think the last time I logged in was over 3-4 years ago, exact dates I really couldn't tell.. much has happened in the meantime so could have been over 5 years. Is there anyway to unlock the account so I can see what I have left? (currently starting anew but abandoning this account is such a waste, I spend lots of hours on those characters ) I don't believe I have seen the second pin screen before so it must have been before that update!

Understood! I did made a new account/character to play while this post was up cause I really had the urge to play maple on my days off, but will not access that account anymore till this is resolved. Thanks for your time
Unfortunately we do not have an estimate at this time. With normal hacked accounts, users can make a new account until their hacked account can be unbanned. This scenario is slightly different which is why we need an admin to jump in to check on a few things.
