Changes to Market Place Bumps - "how many threads can I bump daily"

Hello to the Traders/Merchants of MapleRoyals~
You may have noticed a slight addition of the bumping rules as per the following:

"In addition, you may bump a maximum of 2 threads each in Buying/Selling/Trading per day."

This change means you may bump up to 2 threads once per UTC day (per section)

*Should you have 3 or more active threads currently, please only bump max of 2 daily (for each section)
*You may bump 2 x threads in Buying, 2 x threads in Selling and also 2 x threads in Trading daily (UTC)
*The bumps are still once per day (UTC)

This change was implemented to avoid any confusion about "how many threads can I bump daily in the Market Place?", we hope this clarifies things!

Note: For players who bumped excessive threads (3 or more), WP (Warning Points) will only be issued from Aug 2023 onwards.

Spoiler: Definiton of Bump

A bump is considered any post that:

1. States "bump" or variations ("b", "up", etc.)
2. Uses symbols for bumping purposes (e.g., ".", "^", "")
3. Posts updates (e.g., "added new item, such as weapon/armor")

Acceptable Exceptions
*The following bumps are exempt from the daily limit:

1. Relevant Responses: Replying to someone's inquiry or question, with quoted relevant text to avoid confusion.
2. Bid Acknowledgments: Acknowledging or responding to someone's bid or offer.

Important Note:
- Users can bump their thread(s) only once per UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) day.
- Deleting bumps to re-bump is strictly prohibited and will result in stacked Warning Points (WP) for each offense.

Forum Moderators reserve the right to:
- Remove excessive or unnecessary bump posts
- Adjust Warning Points (WP) if deemed necessary to maintain fair and respectful forum discourse
