Closed Returning player after long break to banned account

    Hello!

    I've left MapleRoyals for a couple of years and if I'm not wrong last logged in about 4 or 5 years back, however decided to download the game back to play together with my brother who wanted to play again for the nostalgia. When attempting to log in however, I was faced with the following error message :"This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection". I do not use any macros or hacks nor have I ever abused any bugs when playing MapleStory, and would appreciate your kind assistance to help me unban my account please! I do not have a good recollection of my characters created in the account but I have recently verified my email and changed my primary password so I could provide you any additional verifications if needed!

    ALL Your Character Names: Aventas , I forgot the rest!
    Last thing you did: I do not remember as it was a long time ago, but probably just a few levels after 4th job
    Why do you think you got banned?: I happen to play on the same IP address as my brother who is currently facing the same issue, I remember when we first started playing on this server we had to submit a forum request with proof that we were two different players so we could both afford to vote and play on different accounts on different PCs at the same time without raising any flags.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    Thanks! I've changed my password, resetted both my pin and pic. Won't be able to set a new one until I'm able to log in again!
